What Is The Production Process Of Wood Cutlery Sets Like?

1.  Purchase and Storage： Purchase birch wood logs from Nov. to June of the following year from Europe

2.  Soak： Soak the logs in the heated water to soften them.

3.  Saw： Saw the timber to the required sizes.

4.  Bark remove： Remove the bark after sawing

5.  Slice： Slice the wood block into a long strip slice by a slicing machine.

6.  Punch： Punch the slice strip to the required wood cutlery shape by punching the machine.

7. Dry and Polish： Load the semi-products into the huge tank for drying. Move dry wood cutlery to another tank for polishing.

8. 1st selection： Initial sorting to different grades by the sorting machine. (mainly remove waste material)

9. Press: Pressing the semi-finished product into the final shape of the knife, fork, and spoon

10. 2nd selection:  Sort and separate wood cutlery by grades by a machine.

11. Logo print(optional)： Hot stamp the required logo or characters on wood cutlery by hot-stamping machine.

12. Package: According to different customer's requirements, pack by opp bag, paper bag, or paper box are available.

13 . Carton： Put the well-packed wood cutlery into a clean and tidy corrugated carton.

14. Storage： Pile the cartons on pallets and store the finished products in the warehouse.

15. Shipment： Load the cartons into a container and deliver them to a nearby port for shipping
