Nick: COVID-19 has undoubtedly affected everyone and every industry. For our products, on the one hand, due to the epidemic, the raw materials, that is, the birch used for the production of knives, forks, and spoons, are generally imported from Europe. Due to the shortage of labor force becasue of the epidemic, raw materials are in short supply. Coupled with the rise in sea freight rates , our raw material import costs have risen a lot. 

On the other hand, the domestic epidemic also causes the city to be closed from time to time, and the production speed will be slower than before, resulting in many exported goods that may need to be postponed. 

However, we generally recommend customers to give us a long-term purchase plan, such as a half-year or one-year purchase plan. In this way, we can arrange production reasonably and guarantee the delivery time. In fact, in the two years since the epidemic, our total export volume has shown an upward trend, which is not bad.
