1. Maintenance method

It is recommended to clean it with rice water when using it for the first time; wipe the surface moisture with a dry cloth, apply a layer of cooking oil on the surface, and hang it or place it upright. You can also choose to store the cutting board in a cupboard after it is completely dry.

 

2. Double-sided use

When starting to use it, pay attention to using it on both sides alternately, one side for raw food and the other side for cooked food.

 

3. Chopping board storage

Do not place it in a high-temperature location, soak it in hot water or expose it to the sun. If the chopping board has not been used for a long time, it should be rinsed with warm water and wiped dry with a soft cloth. It can be used after waking up.

 

4. Texture problem

Each piece of naturally grown acacia wood has a different texture and color. Scars, spots, and holes are unavoidable and are not quality issues.

 

5. Color depth

Before leaving the factory, all products will be coated with a layer of vegetable soybean oil. The color of soybean oil is slightly darker than the color of the original wood. As the oil gradually falls off after long-term use, the color of the cutting board will become slightly lighter. Vegetable oil can be applied regularly for maintenance.
